A message from the Headteacher

Welcome to our website.

Hickling C. of E. V.C. Infant School is a small (two classroom) school serving the villages of Hickling, Sea Palling and Waxham. Our accomodation is spacious and modern - the school having been extended and refurbished during 2008.

Chlidren enjoy modern facilities in an historic rural setting (the original school was built in 1864), with a large school field and play area.

Class sizes are small and children enjoy a high level of adult support. They make god progress, and most transfer to Stalham Junior School when they leave us at the end of Key Stage 1.

We work closely with the local playgroup, the Hickling Hunnies, which is based on our site. We also have close ties with local churches.
